2. Add Presidents Choice brand "Brown Rice Fusili" Pasta to boiling water.
3. Cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes or until al-dente.
4. Stain water and drain pasta.
5. On a large skillet, slowly heat up some olive oil.
6. Lighty saute cooked pasta in skillet, carefully adding Mr. Gouda's brand "Cocconut Curry Sauce", and mixing it in well with pasta.
7. Add oregano, chilli flakes, fresh ground black pepper, and parmesian to taste. (i had crappy No Name brand parmesian in the fridge...no real hard cheese to grate...shudder)
8. Pour half a cup of table cream into skillet & saute lightly on low flame for 5 more mins.
9. Turn off stove flame, and quickly add 2 shot glasses of Vodka (i had some Absolut), to cooling pasta and mix in well.
10. Let concoction stand for 10 mins, and serve on elegant serving plates with a dash of fresh mint.
